Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern all orders placed with Jojo Prints ("we", "us", "our"), a printing and design business located at Nasser Business Center, Shop G106, Nasser Road, Kampala, Uganda. By placing an order with us, whether in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Quotations

Quotations provided by Jojo Prints are estimates based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if the specifications, quantity, materials, or finish of an order change. All orders are confirmed once you approve the quotation and, where required, pay the agreed deposit.

3. Design Approval

Where we design or lay out materials on your behalf, we will share a proof for your review before printing begins. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully for spelling, contact details, layout and content. Printing will only proceed once you have given clear approval, and Jojo Prints is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

4. Printing Accuracy

We take care to match colours, sizes and finishes as closely as possible to what was agreed. Minor variations in colour, paper shade or cutting can occur due to the nature of printing equipment and materials, and such minor variations do not constitute a defect.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order, and may require a deposit before work begins and full payment before collection or delivery. Printed materials remain the property of Jojo Prints until payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery and Collection

Estimated completion times will be communicated at the time of order. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as power interruptions or material availability, and we will keep you informed if this happens. Orders not collected within a reasonable period after being ready may be subject to a storage arrangement to be agreed with you.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, correct files, and complete information needed to complete your order. Jojo Prints is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to an order after approval may affect pricing and completion time. Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to any costs already incurred. Orders already in production or completed cannot be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jojo Prints will take reasonable care with every order, but our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of printed materials we produce.
